Schizosaccharomyces pombe in mitosis. The cell division cycle mutant
cdc25-22 was arrested at the restricted temperature to synchronize the
cell population and then released.   top: cell with short spindle;
bottom, cell in anaphase B.  Cells are stained with anti-tubulin (green)
to display the spindle. Blue is DAPI staining for the nuclear DNA. Red
is anti-sad1, a spindle pole body component. Images are a 2D projection
of a deconvolved z-stack.
